Highly unprofessional staff. While waiting in a stall, they gave my order away in the drive through. They then got my replacement order wrong, and I had to request my side item to be brought out to me. The manager did give me a coupon for a free combo, but since I am traveling, it is useless unless another Sonic will honor it.
As I usually come in to sit down in the drive thru and order something to eat I usually get fast service very dependable on my order be incorrect and I enjoy the smiling faces and their customer service I have been coming to this Sonic since I was about 11 years old I recently moved back cousin Alabama we have no Sonics so I am a Sonic fan when I come back home and I enjoy the happy hour drinks with my children and I I wanted to thank you for y'all services and thank you for my children making them happy and quiet one of their hollering that they're hungry
